A quick ferry ride from Circular Quay, the multiple level house can be spotted on the point of Woolwich, lower North Shore of Sydney. Looking back from the residence over the waters, Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House can be seen in the distance.

From the main entry, a 9 meter tall marble clad lobby is running across the building with full height windows on either end, and skylights with a gold shimmering louvred ceiling. The lobby’s central stair distributes all areas in the building; downstairs bar, media, gym- and spa areas. Mid-section garage level, front kitchen and living areas with terrace and lawn. Upstairs are the master suite and children’s wing with four bedrooms.

All of the building utilises a very energy efficient heating and cooling solution, with a floor- and ceiling hydronic pipe system that delivers heat evenly to the space. Sensors and controllers regulate the temperature to suit seasonal needs and creates a comfortable indoor environment.

The black terrazzo floor is running throughout the building with a brass strip square pattern and with carpet inlays in the bedrooms. All marble has been carefully selected in Italy, with craftsmen travelling from overseas to install the slabs. Every piece of furniture and joinery has been custom made with exceptional finish. Precise detailing together with the collaboration with all trades throughout the building process has turned this residence into a marble artwork.
